Pizzeria Park is conceived as a contemporary urban dining space that merges the atmosphere of a city park with the warmth of Italian hospitality. Located in the center of Zagreb, the project translates the idea of “park” into an interior experience—balancing liveliness and calm within a dense urban context.

The concept focuses on creating a relaxed environment where guests can experience both the energy of the city and the intimacy of Zagreb’s popular neighborhood gathering place – Martićeva Street.

Pizzeria Park The restaurant integrates dining areas, bar and service zones, kitchen, and an outdoor terrace. The spatial organization supports a variety of uses—from quick daily visits to longer social gatherings—while maintaining clear and efficient circulation for both guests and staff.

The terrace plays a significant role in extending the program outward, offering a direct connection to the surrounding urban environment and reinforcing the idea of dining “within the park.”

To emphasize the urban moment, famous Croatian street artist Slaven Kosanović Lunar has covered the longest interior wall with his colourful graffiti art. 

The design avoids overly stylized gestures, instead focusing on a balanced and approachable atmosphere where architecture supports the overall dining experience.

The identity of Pizzeria Park is built around simplicity, quality, and authenticity. The spatial design complements a menu based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and traditional Italian recipes, creating a cohesive experience that connects cuisine, space, and atmosphere. 

The project has been completed and establishes Pizzeria Park as a contemporary urban destination that combines gastronomy, interior design, and everyday social life in the center of Zagreb.
